CHERRY DAYS

UPDATE

The first Cherry Days celebration was held on July 14, 1932.  A committee was formed with the intention of expanding the cherry market throughout the State.  The celebration has become a yearly tradition.  Colorful displays of cherries, parades and dances were common.  Florence (Warren) Campbell won a slogan contest with "North Ogden, Where Flavor Fills the Fruit."
