The North Ogden City Council approved an agreement with Smith's Food and Drug for the construction of a Smith's Market Place south of their existing store.
Under the terms of the agreement, Smith's anticipates building a 123,000 square foot building. North Ogden City will use the permitting fees paid by Smith's to extend, upgrade and build some of the infrastructure - water lines, sewer lines and a storm drain detention pond.
