Cafe Rio's 77th restaurant is located at 2629 North 400 East, North Ogden in the  North Ogden Shopping Plaza

 Dozens of North Ogden residents joined Mayor Taylor and the City Council to participate in the ribbon cutting and burrito slicing ceremony.

Cafe Rio highlighted the ceremony by donating $2,500 to Your Community Connection, a local organization assisting families in need.

After the ceremony and to the delight of everyone, lunch was served.
